AirOrchestra — What it costs

One price per jobsite. Not by the head.

A flat monthly price for each jobsite you have running. Add a man on Monday and the price is the same. Run more sites at once and each one costs less than the first, under a ceiling. A job that runs part of a month is billed for the part it ran.

Monthly. No term, no minimum, no annual contract.
Cancel by writing one sentence to admin@torspan.com, any day. It takes effect at the end of the month you paid for. No notice period, no retention call, no exit fee.
Export any day, canceled or not — everything the crew said and everything it made, built for you on request, in files that open without us.
Nothing to install and nothing to buy. It runs on Torspan's own service, on one encrypted instance that holds your company and nobody else's. Your crew's phones are the only equipment it needs.

The number.

Write to admin@torspan.com and say how many jobsites you usually have going at once. You get the price for your company in writing by the end of the next business day, with the figure in the email, and it does not move when your crew grows.

The shape is the same for everybody: a flat monthly price per active jobsite; each site past the first costs less than the one before it; the total is capped; a short job is prorated by the site-month. Nobody is counting your men, your logins, your photos or your pages.

Prices are in US dollars, per month, and they are the same in every state. Sales tax where it applies, on its own line on the invoice, never folded into the price.

What's in it.

Every person on the jobsite, and every office login. Nobody is counted.
The messenger the crew already writes into, in whatever language they write.
Every document you load — drawings, cut sheets, dispatch — read, and named when it hasn't been.
Photos, as many as the job produces, filed to the job with the man's own words on them.
The pre-task plans and the daily report, written from what the crew said, and read by a person at Torspan before they count.
Support, in writing, Monday through Friday, Pacific time. One level, and it is included.
Hosting, on Torspan's own service in the United States — one encrypted instance that holds your company and nobody else's. There is no line for it on any invoice.

There is no setup fee, no implementation package, no training fee and no migration fee. There is no line item that appears on the invoice and not on this page. If you find one, you don't owe it.

What it doesn't buy.

Your payroll and your accounting system — it hands the daily report and the plans to the people who need them; it does not run the office. Your phones and their data plans.

Who this is wrong for.

If your work comes in service calls rather than jobsites, the unit does not fit you, and we will say so when you write.

Under a handful of hands on one site, the foreman already knows what everybody did today because he was standing next to them.

It does not dispatch crews, invoice, keep time, estimate or do accounting. Keep whatever you run the office on; this is the jobsite's paperwork.

Starting.

Write to admin@torspan.com with how many jobsites you usually have running at once, a list of your jobs and a list of your people. Torspan sets your company up from what you send — your jobs, your people, your documents — and your crew gets a link and signs in from their phones. There is nothing to install.

Leaving costs nothing, and it takes one sentence.

Write one sentence to admin@torspan.com. Billing stops at the end of that month. No retention call, no exit survey, no notice period, no offboarding fee.

Your export is built for you on request, any day, for nothing — canceled or not. After you cancel, the account stays readable for twelve months: sign-in works, export works, nothing new is written. Then it is erased, or sooner if you ask.

Nothing is ever charged for keeping your own records, and nothing is held back for money owed. An unpaid invoice is a dispute about an invoice.

The rest of the questions.

What counts as an active jobsite?: A job your crew is on this month. If your men are on it, it is active; if the job wrapped on the tenth, it is billed for ten days of that month. You tell us at setup and you tell us when it changes.
What if a site is nine men one month and sixteen the next?: Same price. Nobody is counted.
Do office people cost anything?: No. Bookkeeper, PM, safety, owner, whoever handles the calls. If they need to see it, put them on it.
Is there a discount for paying a year up front?: No. A discount for prepaying is a charge for not prepaying, and we'd rather have one number.
Does the price go up when you add features?: No. If the price ever changes, you hear it ninety days ahead, in an email from Torspan with the new number written in it. You can leave over it, and your export still works.
What happens if I stop paying?: You get an email from a person. The account goes read-only, not dark — you can still open everything and still export everything, for twelve months. We do not hold a shop's safety file hostage over an invoice.
Do you sell my data, or train anything outside my company on it?: No. That's on Your records in plain English and in Privacy in the language a lawyer wants.
How do I pay?: One invoice a month, by email, after the month it covers. ACH or check.
